    About this course

    Over the years, I have seen in my clinic how stress negatively affects people’s health, relationships, and well-being.

    There are many causes of stress, but from my experience, the main causes of stress are:

    1. Uncertainty About the Future
    2. Workload
    3. The Desire to Succeed

    In this course I will talk about two of the causes of stress: workload and the desire to succeed.

    Stress exists in all of us, so what do we need to do with it? How can it be reduced? How can it be released? How can it be maintained at a level that is positive and constructive?
