We all experience, at different moments in our lives, states of illness that manifest through various physical symptoms — such as migraines, rashes, the flu, or any other discomfort.
Yet the truth is that the source of illness does not lie in the physical body — it originates on a much deeper level. It’s not something tangible like a headache or a cold, but rather those inner tensions we’ve grown so accustomed to that they feel like an inseparable part of who we are.
Constant stress, worry, self-criticism, dissatisfaction, or inner conflicts that won’t rest — all of these are our “inner germs.”
Each of us carries an inner germ. It’s that small, persistent presence that’s always there — sometimes silent and barely noticeable, and at other times bursting forth, causing deep pain. Just like a bacterial infection in the sinuses — when it flares up, we feel it intensely.
But while such an infection has antibiotics to treat it, our inner germ has no simple cure. In fact, most of us don’t even recognize it. We’ve lived with it for so long that we can’t imagine life without it. And when it surfaces and causes emotional pain, we’re quick to blame the outside world — our partner, our children, our job, or any other external factor that we believe “made” us feel bad.
This inner germ lives inside us and influences every area of our lives — our relationships, career, future, and even our mental and physical health. More than that, it’s contagious — it unconsciously passes to our children and shapes their lives as well.
So what can we do?
The first step is recognizing that this germ exists. Identify it, see it, and understand that it doesn’t have to be a permanent part of you. Once you awaken to it and take responsibility for your emotions instead of holding others accountable, you can begin to heal yourself from within and start a new chapter — cleaner, healthier, and more peaceful.
But how can we identify this inner germ? Only through gentle inner work. Spend a few moments each morning—and whenever you feel stressed or unsettled—close your eyes and observe yourself from the outside. Fill your body with white light energy, and let go of any heaviness or negativity. One simple yet powerful way to do this is through a CCH technique, such as “Light Shower.”
A deeper process that can help you release what limits and holds you back is the “Restart” program. In this journey of renewal, you’ll uncover the specific “germ” that disrupts your inner harmony and learn how to clear it from your system—and your children’s as well.
The inner germ is not fate. You have the power to change and free yourself from it. Everything begins with awareness and the choice to take responsibility for your life and your children’s future.
I wish you a life of true freedom — free from the invisible barriers that separate you from the life you dream of living.
With love,
Hannah ❤️
